Maria Muneeb

Co-Founder & Lead AI Engineer · Dubai

Maria is a software engineer who has spent more than nine years building machine-learning, computer-vision and mobile systems — first as an Android developer in the UAE, then as an AI developer delivering computer-vision projects for security, public-safety and enterprise clients. She has delivered 15+ AI projects, including real-time threat detection, face-recognition attendance and fall detection, and teaches AI and machine-learning courses on Udemy to a global audience of more than 10,000 students.

At Software Stem she leads the engineering on every engagement: scoping the problem, choosing the approach, and staying on the build through deployment and monitoring. She holds a degree in Software Engineering from Fatima Jinnah Women University.

Muneeb Iqbal

Co-Founder · Dubai

Muneeb is a telecommunications engineer with NEBOSH occupational health and safety certification. He runs the operations side of Software Stem — client relationships, on-site deployments for camera and safety systems, and the compliance questions that come with putting AI on a live construction site or hospital floor.
